CareGate supports care providers and care workers through secure registration, service setup, shift creation, worker applications, verified attendance, compliance tracking, worker performance monitoring, and HR/Finance reporting.
The platform is designed for UK production and uses approved shift locations to verify where work actually happens. This helps reduce attendance disputes and supports transparent reporting for all parties.
Providers create shifts with one approved UK work location. Workers Clock IN/OUT only at that verified shift location using QR, postcode, GPS radius, and Google Authenticator.
Providers create multiple verified visit locations under a domiciliary shift. Workers Clock IN/OUT at each approved location with the same attendance accuracy logic.
Provider accounts can select Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, or both. Shifts are created with approved UK shift locations so attendance is tied to where work is actually performed.
Workers can view eligible shifts, apply, set up Google Authenticator, and complete attendance only at approved UK shift locations.
CareGate attendance is designed to reduce disputes between providers and workers. Provider and Admin do not approve normal Clock IN/OUT.
Each work location must have UK address, postcode, latitude, longitude, and approved radius.
The worker’s live GPS must match the approved shift location radius.
Clock IN/OUT requires the correct location token for that shift location.
Worker enters a valid 6-digit authenticator code before attendance is recorded.
Selects service type and creates shifts with approved UK work locations.
Completes profile, compliance, and Google Authenticator setup.
Provider reviews and accepts or rejects shift applications.
System verifies QR, postcode, GPS, approved radius, and authenticator code.
Verified completed attendance becomes available for reports, payslips, and invoices.
